Version & update path
We record your PrestaShop version and technical environment, then review identifiable requirements and obstacles for an update.

Free until 30 November 2026: Is your store slow, due for an update or affected by module issues? We review its technical foundations with you, so you can decide what needs attention before investing in changes or moving to another platform.
A slow store does not automatically need a new platform. Our PrestaShop experience shows that hosting, accumulated modules and outdated versions need to be considered together.
We start by listening: what causes problems in your daily work, and what should your store support? Together, we agree which areas to review. This gives you a practical basis for your next decisions.
We record your PrestaShop version and technical environment, then review identifiable requirements and obstacles for an update.
Which extensions are installed and still needed? We review dependencies, custom changes and module data that must be retained during updates.
We examine selected typical store pages and assess slow loading. Depending on agreed access, we also look at hosting, caching and signs of database issues.
We review the agreed steps from product page to checkout and discuss essential connections to inventory, payment and shipping systems.
We review how updates, backups and a test environment are organised. This is not a comprehensive security audit or a penetration test.
We distinguish urgent issues, useful improvements and points that need further investigation, helping you make informed decisions.
You receive a written summary of the areas reviewed, key findings and prioritised recommendations. Where a cause is not yet confirmed, we explain what needs further investigation.
Implementation is a separate step. If required, we can quote for further PrestaShop development. The check does not guarantee loading times, revenue or compatibility with an update.
The PrestaShop technical check is free during the offer period up to and including 30 November 2026. It includes analysis and recommendations within the agreed scope. Improvements and additional work require a separate order.

The check provides analysis and recommendations. Changes, updates and further investigation are agreed separately.
Yes. Taking stock is particularly useful before a major version upgrade. We discuss what can reasonably be reviewed in your installation.
